General conditions & informations
  - Advertising material may be sent any time after signing this application until the deadline which is     01/11/2006.
  - If the advertising material is not received within the above mentioned period, only the exhibitor's name     & address will be printed among the list of exhibitor's directory. The Ad cost- which had been paid in     advance-will revert to the organizers.
  - The arrangement of the inside Ad pages will accommodate the needs of internal design and     composition.
  - When Ad material is sent by ordinary or express mail, the date and method of dispactch should be     relayed to the organizer by fax or e-mail.
  - Extreme attention should be paid to the size of the films which should march in measurement the     required specifications.
  - The total cost of the Ad should be settled at the time of reservation by:
       a-A cheque/ bank draft made payable to "Exicon exhibitions & conferences".
   or b-By bank transfer to Exicon exhibitions & conferences "Lebano-Française Bank" , Mazeraa         Branch, Beirut - Lebanon, SWIFT code: BLF SLBBX - A/C no.        (1052180.00).

  - We canreceive your ad on CD at any Mac system software
    (or PC system on photoshop or illustrator software).
  - We can design your Ad, with an additional $ 250 for the
    design and filmage fees.
