Participation fees: ($250) Two hundred & Fifty U.S. Dollars per square meter for exhibition stands which include the installations and services listed in the relevant contract.

The objective: Finding opportunities for representatives of Iraqi companies to meet with Arab companies, businessmen and entrepreneurs in order to discuss possible partnerships among them, as to contribute to the reconstruction process and also to identify Iraq’s needs in terms of commercial goods and construction materials. Also, present the services and goods needed in the reconstruction process and available in the Arab and foreign countries during the exhibition organized along with the conference.

Media coverage: Will be in progress starting January 2004 in all Arab  mass media. Which includes newspapers - magazines advertisements and radio - television commercial ads along with direct mail and bulk e-mailing.

 Services provided to participants in the exhibition:

	1-	Bahraini visas to participants at their expense. Participants should provide Gulf hotel, 10 days prior to the exhibition date at the very latest,  clear photocopy of the passports (which should be valid for six months after the exhibition date), and written confirmation of his attendance and payment of fees.
	2-	Special offers on hotel room rates in different levels of Bahrain hotels with reservation confirmation (enclosed is a list of participating hotels and hotel reservation forms). Escort services are provided to official delegations.
	3-	Meeting participants at the airport and transportation to hotels (for participants staying at one of the hotels in the enclosed list and after completion of the reservation form which should include flight details).
	4-	Providing transportation from and to hotels and the exhibition hall.
	5-	Gulf hotel will attend to all hotel and airline reservations.
	6-	Arrangement of official visits with pre-set appointments.
	7-	Arrangement of meetings with leading personalities and economic bodies with pre-set appointments provided the object of the meeting is defined.
	8-	Provision of additional furnishings and fixtures and the decoration of stands on request.
	9-	Full cover insurance on exhibits and participating company representatives (within the exhibition grounds).

Shipping & Tariffs: A freight and customs clearing company will clear the goods of all participants and transport them to the exhibition grounds. Exhibitors will settle clearing and customs charges direct to this company.

Methods of Reservation:

	1-	Fill & sign the “Exhibition Participation Contract”.
	2-	Fill & sign the “Exhibition Participation Form”.
	3-	Settle the first payment by:
		a- A cheque / bank draft made payable to “ExiCon exhibitions & conferences” or the appointed agent. or b- By bank transfer to “Lebano-Franciase Bank” Beirut, Mazeraa branch A/C no. (1052180.00).
