Organizing or Executing
ExiCon is fully qualified to organize or execute on a turnkey
basis (from A to Z) conferences, seminars, congresses &
exhibitions and all related activities.
All the below mentioned services are executed in cooperation
& under the guidance of the main organizer.
The organizing committee should approve the selection of the
most competitive service.
The fees for all services provided by ExiCon should be determined
in a separate proposal (which will lead to final contract),
taking into consideration the special details of each project.
1- Planning & Organizing
